Smile Education is recruiting on behalf of one of our partnered primary schools in Bromsgrove for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a deaf pupil. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for making a difference in a child’s life through tailored, hands-on support.
Key Requirements:
- BSL (British Sign Language) Level 2 as a minimum
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Ability to adapt and tailor communication methods to suit the pupil’s needs
- Enthusiastic, patient, and approachable
