Teaching Personnel are working alongside a large and diverse Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Centre near to Penarth to recruit several staff members for the new 2024/2025 academic year.

The centre supports learners aged 11 – 18, all of whom have a range of additional needs and individual learning plans. Pupils in the provision benefit from tailored support from the team of experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistants and Teachers, as well as the use of brand-new facilities including sports areas, arts and craft rooms, animal care and kitchen for life skills/culinary sessions. You will be joining this team at a key time; they are undergoing an expansion to allow for more pupils to access the facilities, meaning that several new members of staff are required to support incoming pupils.

** The team are hosting interviews in early June for September roles; this will involve a short interview and practical activity which will give you the opportunity to experience the setting first hand. Successful applicants will be offered a 1 yr. contract running from September 2024 – July 2025, with the opportunity to take on a permanent role upon completion. **
