Autism Support Assistant
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a school in the Brigg area, this specialist school caters for primary SEN students where they are looking for Support Assistants to start in September, to support their expansion in pupil numbers. The specialist school prefer individuals with specialist SEN knowledge. This knowledge may be from working within education, care or from personal experience.
As an Autism Support Worker, you will be required to:
The school require nurturing individuals which can make a positive impact on the pupils at the school. The perfect applicants should be empathetic, an excellent communicator and compassionate. They should help support the needs of each individual pupil and want to help them to achieve their goal. The school will consider applications from individuals who have previous experience supporting people with SEND, have previous care experience or those willing to complete the training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
