Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare and deliver outstanding Business Studies lessons that engage and inspire students.
*Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
*Contribute to the creation and implementation of improvement plans for the department and the school.
*Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
*Participate actively in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and whole school training events.
*Foster a positive learning environment in all lessons and school activities.

Requirements:
*Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, BEd, or equivalent) with QTS.
*A degree in Business Studies or a closely related field.
*Proven experience in teaching Business Studies at secondary level, with a strong record of student achievement.
*Ability to create and sustain a culture of high expectations and well-disciplined learning environment.
*Excellent organisational and communicative skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
*A commitment to continuous professional development.
*Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
