Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner passionate about nurturing young minds? Teaching Personnel, a leading education agency, is thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity to join our team! We are currently seeking Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to work across primary schools in the Reading area and its surroundings.

Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Salary: Starting from £83.85 per day (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

- Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years

- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support children's development

- Creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment

- Observing and assessing children's progress and planning next steps

- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent

- Previous experience working as an Early Years Practitioner

- Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to pass DBS and safeguarding checks, as well as provide references
