As an EYFS Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring children are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Delivering the EYFS curriculum, including planning and leading activities.
- Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development.
- Monitoring and recording children's progress and behaviour.
- Supporting the implementation of the school's policies and procedures.
- Helping to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Assisting with the transition process from nursery to primary school.
Requirements for an EYFS:- Relevant degree or equivalent – PGCE, BEd or a school direct placement (QTS).
- Open to experienced teachers and early career teachers (ECT’s) with a EYFS background.
- Able and willing to travel to the area.
- An enhanced DBS registered to the update service (If you do not hold this, we can arrange for you at a cost of £44, which is refundable once you have completed ten days in your new role.)
- 2 references.
- A passion for teaching/supporting.
- Good approach to behaviour management.
- A determined, hard-working attitude.
