EYFS Teacher

We are looking for a teacher who can provide high quality teaching whilst also providing all children with a nurturing environment to learn in.  The successful candidate will demonstrate high expectations of children's learning and behaviour, and will be committed to overcoming any social disadvantage to ensure all children have the opportunity to achieve their full potential in all areas of the curriculum.

This role is suitable for an ECT.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an inspirational and motivational teacher; striving each day to ensure all children achieve their best.
• Be passionate about children’s learning and understand how to adapt learning for children with SEND.
• Be a committed team player, demonstrating flexibility, co-operation and a willingness to take an active role in school life both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Be reflective and open to new ideas and feedback from experienced colleagues.
• Have experience of teaching effectively to raise standards across the primary phases, and be flexible about the year group in which they teach.

We are seeking a teacher with a specialism in EYFS. Interested candidates should be able to demonstrate a passion for working with this age group and experienced members of staff should be able to demonstrate the ability to impact learning and pupil progress in a positive way.
