A vibrant and rapidly progressing primary school located in the heart of Luton is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Classroom Teacher for Key Stage 1, commencing in September 2024. This school, known for its inclusive ethos and strong community spirit, is committed to providing excellent educational opportunities and fostering a love of learning among its pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
*Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
*Assess and record each student’s progress, preparing reports as necessary.
*Implement classroom management strategies that ensure a safe and supportive environment.
*Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching practice and educational methods.
*Engage with parents and guardians to support student progress and address educational concerns.
*Participate in departmental and school training sessions and meetings.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*Experience teaching at the KS1 level is highly preferred.
*A proven track record of facilitating strong student progress.
*A thorough understanding of the KS1 curriculum and current educational practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage children, staff, and parents effectively.
*Ability to utilize different teaching methods and instructional materials to suit the KS1 curriculum.
*Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
