Learning Support Assistant New

Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary Schools, Aldershot

We are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join secondary schools in Aldershot. Schools require additional support staff immediately to assist in classroom supervision and lesson delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and supervision across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining classroom management and behaviour
• Help students of different ages and abilities

Position Details:

• Full-time or part-time depending on availability
• Suitable for graduates, unqualified teachers, and experienced LSAs

Requirements:

• UK residents only
