  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports all pupils to succeed.
  • Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents, and using data to inform planning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants to ensure the needs of all children are met, including those with additional learning needs.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring strong home-school communication.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including participation in extracurricular activities and events.
  • Uphold safeguarding practices and school policies at all times.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
  • Has experience with the Phonics Screening Test and Year 2 SATs, with a strong understanding of the assessment processes and requirements.
  • Is committed to providing high-quality education and has a passion for developing young learners.
