Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant - Middlesbrough - Easter 2023

Teaching Personnel are recruiting Psychology graduates in the Middlesbrough area who can offer exceptional classroom support for KS3 and KS4 children. The school is recognised by Ofsted as a ‘good’ school having seen considerable improvements in recent years in behaviour management. The school is located in Middlesbrough and has various available options for public transport links.

Job specifications:

• Required from Easter 2023 - Summer 2023
• Paid £16898 - 19898 (dependent on experience)
• Supporting a diverse range of pupils with SEN requirements aged 11-16 in a variety of lessons

The incoming teaching assistant will be providing classroom support across Key Stage 3 and GCSE with a level of dynamism and adaptability to be able to assist in a variety of different lessons. The successful candidate will be able to provide effective support for students from a range of backgrounds and may include SEN support.  

Candidate requirements:

• Graduate-level qualification
• No formal teaching qualifications required – a Child Only DBS will be required (we can help you apply)
• Passion for education
• Hardworking and reliable
