💼 The Role:
- Provide targeted support and interventions to students with SEMH needs, both individually and in small groups, to promote social and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement personalised support plans for students with SEMH needs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on topics related to SEMH awareness, emotional regulation, and behaviour management strategies.
- Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting strategies as needed to support student success.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to overcome challenges.
