Role & Specific Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored support to designated student following EHCP plan
  • Foster a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere to encourage student engagement and progress
  • Collaborate closely with class teacher, SENCO, and other professionals to implement effective strategies
  • Assist with classroom activities and ensure student participation in various subjects
  • Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback to stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
