  • Provide one-to-one tutoring for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilities
  • Implement strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Monitor and assess students' progress regularly
  • Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the students' education
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Understanding of different learning styles and needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant degree or certification in Education or Special Educational Needs

Prior experience working as an SEN tutor or in a similar role

  • Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Part-time hours
  • Flexible schedule
  • Work may involve travel to students' homes or educational institutions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
