Location: Ledbury.

Pay Rate: £157.66 - £210.

Start Date: 3rd June 2024.

Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a secondary school in Ledbury to recruit a Supply Teacher. You will be working with students between the ages of 11-16.

We are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable supply teachers to join our team at a reputable secondary school. In this role you will be covering a variety of subjects within the school curriculum so it is important you are comfortable with this.

If you are a teacher who is currently not working or looking to get back into education, then this could be the perfect role for you. With the ability to choose when you want to work this is an extremely flexible role.

Responsibilities:

  • Following provided lesson plans and adapting them as needed to ensure effective learning.
  • Maintaining classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Assessing student progress, providing feedback, and recording grades as required.
  • Collaborating with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
  • Demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and problem-solving skills in various situations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
  • Adaptability to different classroom environments and teaching materials.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are encouraged to apply.
  • Enhanced Childs DBS and update service.
  • 2 references from your most recent employers.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
