• Deliver engaging and informative lessons to secondary school students
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
• Mark and assess student work
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in any secondary subject

• Must hold a relevant teaching qualification

• Previous experience working as a teacher in a secondary school setting

• Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Additional training or qualifications in special educational needs (SEN) is desirable

• Full-time contract role
• Expected to work across different schools within the Trafford area
• Flexible hours may be required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
