Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in the centre of Cardiff. The position will be part-time, with the potential to work with the Foundation Phase and KS2 for the remainder of the acadmeic year and from September 2023. The ideal candidate will be confident working with children with varied needs and abilities, to ensure each child has the same opportunity to develop. General classroom support will be required, along with supporting small groups of children to assist with learning that follows the school’s curriculum.

The school is based in the centre of Cardiff and are looking for an energetic and hardworking Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team. They are open to new ideas and techniques and require a teaching assistant who can contribute a positive attitude to the class. Due to the diverse nature of the school, there may be pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL) or instances dealing with challenging behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
