Teaching Assistant New

A highly reputable SEN school in Darwen is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their permanent staff from January 2025. Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual students with their learning and development.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored educational activities.

• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to educators.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or related fields.
• Experience working with children with special needs is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
