SEN Teaching Assistant – Swindon (Permanent)

A highly reputable Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Swindon is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their permanent staff from January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic environment, providing essential support to students with complex learning needs.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational setting
  • Be patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students
  • Assist in delivering tailored educational plans, ensuring students reach their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment

A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is preferred but not essential.
