Smile Education are thrilled to be working alongside a vibrant primary school locate in north Birmingham. We are currently seeking a Year 1 Early Career Teacher to join this friendly team from September 2024.
We are currently seeking a Year 1 Early Career Teacher to join this dynamic team from September 2024 until the end of the academic year. The successful applicant will be carrying out all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a class teaching position, including marking and planning. Opportunities exist for Early Career Teachers to complete induction terms, while pathways for clear progression already exist, including pathways into middle leadership.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive primary team. The school is located in north Birmingham, within proximity to Shard End, Yardley, Hodge Hill and Birmingham City Centre. The expected salary range for this role is from £140- £210 per day, depending on experience.
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply as systems are already in place to provide support through induction terms, including access to a mentor. Experienced Class Teachers are also encouraged to apply, particularly those seeking career progression opportunities.
