Teaching Personnel are recruiting a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a Primary School in Weymouth, Dorset.

This role is to start Immediately and work with one individual in Key Stage 2. 

ROLE: 1:1 SEN TA

DURATION: 5 days a week ongoing, to become permanent for the ideal candidate.

LOCATION: Weymouth

START: Immediate (after registration and vetting process)

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Working 1:1 with a pupil in Key Stage 2 with Significant needs
  • Working alongside other 1:1 Teaching Assistants within the same year group. 
  • Supporting the class teacher with extra duties where required. 
  • Supported learning through play and suggestive learning. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service (TP can assist with this where needed)
  • Strong experience working with SEN Pupils within a Primary Settings. 
  • Safeguarding Level 2 certificate - TP have free course to complete. 
  • Strong work ethic and drive to make a difference to a pupils education.

  • Speak to a dedicated consultant throughtout your employment for support with bookings/feedback. 
  • Agency Worker Regulations and weekly pay to ensure fair pay amongst other Teachers.
  • Use our acreddited CPD courses to up skill and improve qualifications, setting you aside form the rest.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
