Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Secondary school in Bury who are currently looking for an Admin assistant on a full-time basis starting in September 2022.

The role will involve helping on the schools’ main reception area alongside other Receptionists as well as taking on basic responsibilities as an admin assistant, including signing in and welcoming guests at reception, taking phone calls from parents and passing messages through to various members of staff throughout the day. The role will also involve making sure that various paperwork is processed and filed in an orderly and timely fashion, whilst distributing it where necessary.

  • Must have previous experience within a similar role.
  • Five days a week (Mon – Fri) from 8:00am – 4:00pm

This particular role is suitable for anybody looking to gain more experience by working within a reception/admin role within a school and anybody who has experience or transferrable skills for a role such as this.

Our client Secondary School is based in Bury and is easily accessible from the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester such as Salford and Bolton via the M66 and A58. For applicants who do not drive, our partner school is also easily accessible via several public transportation links from the surrounding areas of Greater Manchester.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
