Smile Leadership Ltd are currently seeking to represent a range of leaders who specialise in Secondary education across the Northwest, this could be with leadership experience or a highly experienced teacher looking to step into a leadership position ideally with Maths as specialism. Smile Leadership Ltd is a sister company to Smile Education who are a leading education recruitment agency.
We are currently looking to represent schools in Greater Manchester and Northwest areas. Roles are offered on both interim and permanent basis. Ability to demonstrate experience within assisting leadership of a Secondary school is essential for your application to be considered.
To be successful in your application, you should have experience in the following:
• Evidenced practice as an outstanding teacher over prolonged period
• Teaching experience in mathematics / Science / Key subject
• Experience of observing lessons and giving diagnostic feedback about professional performance
• Experience designing and developing resources
