Working with Autistic students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health Issues. Focus on 'Applying Subjects' and making them relevant to the students. Covid-19 will have had a prefound effect on many, many students, students who were vulnerable already. It will have also turned the lives of students who were, seemingly, ticking along nicely, will have had structure and possible death occur in their family.
Dorking, like anywhere, is an interesting county to be a part of currently - education and traumas for Autistic students will need intense focus.
If you are a Psychology Graduate and you are looking to have a career in Mental Health Support, this is a very challenging LSA role with SEMH students.
