Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our client school in Oldham. This is an Ofsted ‘Good’ school, and the head is offering an immediate start date to join their team of dedicated support staff.

The role of the Behavioural Support Assistant at this highly reputable school is to support students in lessons, assist those who are identified as having behavioural difficulties and some mental health issues. The successfully appointed assistant will therefore have to be adaptable and confident in supporting students on a one-to-one basis and also in full classes, having the opportunity to support in a variety of areas and in many subjects.

Highlights of this Behavioural Support Assistant role:

  • Full time Behaviour Support Assistant required with an immediate start date after interview/vetting
  • Pay will be dependent upon experience and specific hours but likely have an earning potential of up to £1550 per month
  • Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Weekly pay via PAYE

Teaching Personnel are looking for graduates who have experience working with young people as well as more experienced behaviour specialists for this role.
