Behaviour Support TA

Behaviour Support TA needed ASAP.

We are currently seeking support staff to engage with young people with Social and Emotional needs and a diagnosis of Mental Health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong confident personality, a great sense of humour and a willingness to work with vunerable young people.

This specialist Ofsted Good SEMH provision are looking for a mentor to work with pupils with challenging behaviour, past trauma, social and emotional difficulties and mental health difficulties.

The provision has a great team who are committed to ensuring the pupils get the most from their education. They provide a theraputic enviroment and a theraputic approach.

Patience and resillience are needed for this post.

This is a long term permanent position to start as soon as possible.

Full time: 08:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday

Teaching Assistant, Mental Health, Childcare or Youth Worker experience is essential, and you will need to be confident and have experience with managing behaviour that challenges.
