Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a school to recruit a cleaner from ASAP.

1. Cleaning Supervisor


An outstanding school in Lytham, Lancashire are seeking to appoint a Cleaning Supervisor to join their team. There is an option to work both morning and afternoon/evening hours, or you can choose between which hours you would prefer.

 
Morning hours: 7:00am - 10:00am
Afternoon/Evening hours: 15:00pm - 17:30pm
Hourly rate TBC dependant on experience and expectations
School located in Lytham


Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

Ensure areas affected by absence are covered by the team on a daily basis or liaise with external contractors to arrange cover.


Monitor cleaning standards of each allocated area by visual inspection. Log findings from cleaning monitoring, discuss any concerns with individuals and follow up action agreed.
Complete, compile, obtain and review departmental risk assessments, COSHH assessments and Safety Data Sheets for cleaning products.


Stock control and monitor use of cleaning materials. Compile a list of cleaning materials required by the team and liaise with the Deputy Estates Manager – Support Service for ordering & the Assistant Site Supervisors for distribution of cleaning materials.


Deliver, organise & lead cleaning team training sessions, for example; health & safety online training and new staff induction training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
