We are currently recruiting teaching assistants from creative backgrounds such as art, music or acting who are keen to apply their creative skills within a special needs school in Wandsworth. This state of the art school offers tailored curriculum to students with a variety of special needs that include autism, physical difficulties and learning difficulties. As a teaching assistant you will have the opportunity to utilise your creative skills and apply them in lessons such as art, music, dance & movement lessons.
- Work to one with students
- Engage students through creative activities such as music, art & movement
- One to one support focusing on students communication and social understanding
- Helping with sensory integration within the classroom
- Working with the teacher to assess pupils' levels and ability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
