The Teaching Personnel ECT Talent Pool provides final year teaching students and Early Career Teachers with the opportunity to be considered by primary schools across Lancashire for teaching vacancies that may arise in September 2023. 

This is a fantastic first step to applying for your first teaching post, which offers support from former primary teachers and other specialist professionals.

The Teaching Personnel ECT Talent Pool will recommend to Lancashire primary schools high quality candidates who have gained QTS in Summer 2023.

We are looking for excellent ECTs who are: 

• Able to inspire and engage pupils with high quality teaching and learning experiences
• Creative and purposeful in their approach
• Hardworking and resilient
• Keen to contribute and make a difference in a local primary school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
