Do you have experience supporting in an Early Years Setting? 

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teaching Assistant for a full time role in Early Years. You must have experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally with experience supporting continuous provision and outdoor learning. You will be expected to support children who are 'not school ready' which may include some elements of personal care. Experience delivering specialist interventions such as Speech and Language or phonics would be beneficial, but additional training can be provided. 

Daily Rate; £66.30

Start; as soon as possible 


  • Supporting continuous provision and outdoor learning 
  • Working with children who are 'not school ready' 
  • Leading interventions for phonics/speech and language 
  • Work with children who may be identified as SEND 
  • English and Maths A-C (GCSE or equivalent)
  • Recent experience working within an Early Years Setting 
  • Good knowledge of Ealy Years Goals
