Position: Education Recruitment Resourcer/Account Managers (the designation will match your experience)

Reports into Department Manager

Seniority level: Junior/Mid

Expected start date: August/September 2022

Office location: AMP House (Opp. East Croydon Station and Box Park)

Hybrid working: Can be discussed once the learning phase gets completed.

As an Education Recruitment Resourcer/Account Manager, you would be:

• Changing lives by supporting schools with filling their vacancies.
• Speaking to education professionals daily to offer assistance on their job search, supporting them with developing their career.
• Utilising resources to source and find talented individuals for the business to engage with
• Supporting schools in the local area to ensure the best teachers are hired to ensure children receive a excellent education.
• Learn about the schools your consultant is working with, to assess what types of teachers they look for.
• Earning attractive incentives on placement of your applicants.
