A Secondary School in Greater Manchester are urgently seeking an Exam Officer to support the exams team during the upcoming exam season.

About the role:
- Start date: ASAP – ongoing until July 2023
- The role is temporary, and the working hours are Mon-Fri, between 8:00am and 5:00pm
- Flexible working schedules will also be considered.
- Pay rate: £10.50-£12.50 per hour.
Your responsibilities:
- Liaising with staff regarding entries.
- Disseminating information, answering enquiries and dealing with complaints regarding external examinations with staff, pupils and parents/carers.
- Submitting entries for external examinations to awarding bodies in advance of deadlines and disbursing appropriate fees in a timely manner.
- Organising the recruitment and training of invigilators.
- Ensuring the prompt dispatch of coursework to moderators by the exam board deadline.

- You are flexible and punctual.
- You are able to follow strict rules and instructions.
- You are able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
