A mainstream primary school based in the London borough of Camden has an opening for a general Teaching Assistant to work in a Key Stage 1 class from January 2023. The job is for a full time Teaching Assistant to work alongside the class teacher on a general basis. This Graduate Teaching Assistant position will be full time on a contract paid on a supply rate from £70-£90 per day depending on experience. You will be a TA with a strong academic background and a sound knowledge of delivering phonics. Your role will be working as a General Teaching Assistant in a mixed ability Key Stage 1 class.

The Headteacher requires a passionate General Teaching Assistant who is friendly, caring and supportive when working with young children. You'll need to be able to commit to a full time job for two terms as a minimum.

In this well achieving primary school a graduate teaching assistant will partake in a range of activities helping children on a 1:1 and general basis, from overseeing the classroom exercises to setting in the classroom and arranging displays with the children.
