Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Geography teacher to work in the Trafford area of south Manchester. The Geography teacher would be required from the 5th September 2022, up until the end of the academic year 2023. If the geography teacher enjoys a successful term in the role, there is an opportunity to be taken on full time by the school on a school-based contract. The teacher must have qualified teacher status and a teacher of any experience level will be considered.
The successful geography teacher will be required to teach and lead pupils through a busy GCSE exam period in 2022 and have experience in teaching both KS3 and GCSE content will be compulsory.
- School start and finish time - 09:00:15:00.
- Full time working hours.
- Geography teacher position based in south Manchester (Trafford).
- Payments are made on a pay as you earn basis with payments being deposited directly into the persons bank account on the following Friday.
- Maximum earning potential of £2560.00, payments can be discussed relevant to experience level.
To commute to the school there are bus train and Metrolink services which connect to the city centre and to the surrounding Manchester suburbs. If the successful Geography teacher drives there is a staff car park which is free to use. There is main road and motorway links which connect closely, making it an easy commute for those that drive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
