Exciting opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain the necessary experience prior to teacher training programme.

Working in collaboration with our partner secondary schools in Wigan, Teaching Personnel’s Future Teachers is a Graduate scheme specifically designed to help provide graduate placements throughout this academic year.

As a Graduate TA in the Graduate Teacher Internship, the incoming Graduate will work primarily as a Teaching Assistant with a focus on advancing learning, based within a faculty in line with their specialism. The role will consist of a range of support including classroom based learning, small group booster sessions and 1-2-1 revision lessons for students behind expected grades. The overall aim of the programme is provide support to students who need it most whilst enabling graduates to gain the necessary confidence and skillset to embark on their teacher training programme the following year.
