I am currently working with a modern, forward thinking East London primary school who are looking for a graduate to join the team from September to work as a year 3 teaching assistant.

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring primary school teacher to gain paid experience in a well renowned primary school.

The role will be to work as a teaching assistant within a year 1 class. The school are looking for a graduate to lead Read Write Inc sessions with small groups which will give you excellent experience which will stand you in good stead for your career in teaching.

The school are looking for an individual who is a recent graduate and has gained some form of experience with young people. You may have gained this experience a number way such as voluntary school work, tutoring experience, youth work, sports coaching…. The main quality this school are looking for is a genuine desire to gain experience in a good school.
