Are you a graduate or in the final year of a degree course in Education, Child Development, English, Maths, History, Sports, Psychology or Drama?  Are you looking to kick start your career in the Education Sector? Would you like to have a paid opportunity of working in a school setting?

If the answer is yes to all of the above questions, you may qualify for the Teaching Assistant opportunities in our partner Primary Schools that are currently available here at Teaching Personnel. Such opportunities would allow you to get your foot in the door and lay a good foundation for career progression within the Education sector.

Whether your aim is to work within Child Development/ Psychology or become a Primary School Teacher, we will be able to place you in a role which would allow you to develop the relevant skills. The roles available vary; however, you will be working with children aged 3 to 11 within a classroom setting. We also offer a range of CPD courses that will enable you to further and gain considerable knowledge of the Education and SEN sector.

Applicants must:

- Have graduated with (or studying and on track to achieve) a 1st, 2:1 or 2:2 degree in Education, Child Development, English, Maths, History, Sports, Psychology or Drama.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Hold a Child Workforce Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one - full assistance provided)
- Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (compulsory requirement in Wales) - full assistance provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
