Do you hold a HLTA qualification or equivalent? Teaching Personnel are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work within a SEN school based in Woking. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work for a school that values children as individuals and uphold a friendly and nurturing environment, the environement can be challenging yet rewarding so you will need to be a HLTA who can work under pressure and deal with verbally challenging behaviour. These pupils will have social, emotional and mental health needs so will require someone who is resilient and confident. 

Teaching Assistant - The right candidate:

  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant
  • School based in Woking, Surrey
  • Organise and support teaching and learning activities for classes
  • HLTA will work with whole classes, covering short term teacher absences
  • Work with SEN & Low Achieving students in groups as well as individually
