Classic Education are currently working with a fantastic 2 form-entry primary school in Margate who are looking for a HLTA to join their hardworking and supportive team as soon as possible.

If you are looking for some flexibility in your role and enjoy teaching a range of year groups, then this could be the role for you.

Successful candidates will:

• Have HLTA status
• Have a positive, inclusive and approachable attitude
• Have fantastic communication and organisation skills
• Have a confident knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Have strong behaviour management strategies
