A Bexley Primary school is looking for an Intervention Teacher to start as soon as pupils return to the classroom, hopefully 8th March 2021. The position will continue for the rest of the academic year. This is a "Good" 2 Form entry primary school.

As a result of children missing considerable face to face classroom teaching over the past 12 months, you will be responsible for delivering intensive, group and 1:1 interventions to help them catch up on missed classroom time and education.

You will need to be confident in a variety of year groups, across all key stages, however initially there will be more directed interventions in KS2. You will be required to participate in planning, in conjunction with the class teachers and SENCo.

To be considered for this Intervention Teacher role you must:

• Have recent experience of teaching Primary pupils
• Have Qualified Teacher Status or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification
• Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Previous experience of working in a similar position
