An opportunity has arisen for you to join the dedicated team at an exceptional school in the Central Birmingham area as a Year Six intervention teacher on a full time basis where you will be enriching lives and unlocking potential in the students.
The school is also commutable from Edgbaston, Small Heath, Digbeth, Bordesley Green, Newtown and Saltley.
What will you be doing?
- Enabling students who are underachieving to reach their target by providing coaching
- Leading 1:1 or small group sessions with students
- Marking and assessing work
- Providing motivation and guidance to help pupils overcome obstacles in their learning
- Coach students on a wide range of academic and pastoral topics
You will be able to start in the role immediately on a full-time basis where you will be paid to scale from M1 – U3 dependant on your experience and qualifications.About you:
You will have knowledge on the school curriculum and learning stages and hold QTS. Beneficial traits for this role include patience, drive and approachability.
