Are you a Computing graduate with a knowledge of networks and IT software?

Are you interested in working within a school environment where you can support the Network Manager with school hardware and trouble shooting?

Our client secondary school situated in the Trafford area near to Altrincham and Sale is looking for a Junior Network Technician who can support the Network Manager. This support role is to work alongside the Network Manager in setting up hardware around school and working alongside teachers to ensure all IT networks and suites are up and running during the school day.

This role would be ideal for a Computing graduate who is looking for experience working within a secondary school and can offer their technical knowledge in this area.

Highlights of this support role:

  • Pay will be dependent upon hours but earning potential between £1400 - £1700 per month
  • Work alongside the Network Manager to support the whole school IT Network

This role will involve troubleshooting for teachers, setting up projectors and ensuring all computing software such as smartboards are operational around school. Any prior experience in this area or a similar role is highly desirable.

This school is based in the South Manchester area close to Altrincham, easily accessible via the city centre using public transport.
