Learning Support Assistant Feltham
(Graduates and Experience in SEN ideal)
Supporting ASD or Moderate Learning Difficulties 1-2-1
An exciting opportunity has arisen in a school in the Hounslow borough for a Learning Support Assistant Feltham. The vacancy involves working on a 1-2-1 basis with pupils with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties. A strong background in Maths and English is ideal for this role and the Primary school are ideally looking for someone with previous experience with SEN. Ideally, the successful LSA/Learning Support Assistant will be confident to work with challenging behaviour.
Experience with SEN is desirable. The ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level (Level 3 and above accepted) and will have worked within a primary, secondary or SEN school, or alternatively they will have previous experience working within an environment with children.
This is a full-time position and the hours will be 8.30am - 3:30pm. The daily pay rate varies between £75 and £100 per day depending on experience.
