Are you a Learning Support Assistant looking for new opportunities? Are you a graduate looking to gain experience with Special Educational Needs?
Academics have partnered with a fantastic primary school who are recruiting for Learning Support Assistant/LSA to join them in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs. The ideal candidate will have degree graded 2.2 or above and previous experience working with SEN children is preferred, but not essential.
The role will involve working 1:1, with pupils who have Special Needs and Challenging behaviours who require extra learning support. The SEN Teaching Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with children who suffer mental health difficulties, display challenging behaviour or have learning difficulties, eg. Autism.
The school have the capability to put the right LSA through Teacher Training if this is of interest to them.
Learning Support Assistant in Ealing
The ideal candidate for this Primary school will be confident and passionate about working with students who need extra Learning Support. They will have the ability to work well under pressure, and be able to encourage and support the social and emotional development of the pupils.
Learning Support Assistant in Ealing
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will be able to commit for the full academic year and the expected salary will be from £70-£90 per day. Relevant previous experience would include youth work, support work, mental health work and SEN in sport.
