Learning Support Assistant- off site activities

We are an Ofsted Good SEN school looking for Learning Support Assistants to work with our brilliant older students.

This role will be suitable for someone who enjoys being active, as a lot of the support will be based doing activities and life skills outside of the classroom.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys each day being different, and assisting young people with social and emotional growth.

We are seeking someone with experience or a willingness to support older students (16-19) with Autism and associated Special Educational Needs.

The students and staff here all have great relationships and offer support to one another.

The ideal candidate will have a strong confident personality and a willingness to work with young people with Autism, and consistently strive to get the best out of our students.

Patience, empathy and understanding are the traits which make a staff member suitable for our school.

This is a position to start ASAP.

Full time: 08:30 - 16:30, Monday - Friday
