Learning Support Assistant

£65 - 70 per day

A vibrant and well structured mainstream secondary school are looking to recruit a learning support assistant on a full-time temporary basis to help identified pupils reach their full potential.

The school is looking for a passionate, patient and dynamic individual who can support a group of pupils aged 11-16 who with mild additional learning needs including. The pupils will require extra support with lesson engagement and understanding the current scheme of work which the school will advise you on.

  • Full-time Learning Support Assistant
  • Starting ASAP until July 2020 in the first instance.
  • Earning £65-75 a day dependant on experience and responsibilities 
  • Delivering tailored learning activities to a group of identified pupils in secondary school 
  • Working at a supportive and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Bolton (BL3)
  • Previous experience with young people in a similar role is desirable
