Teaching Personnel are seeking a welcoming and positive Learning Support assistant to work with students with additional needs between the ages of 16-18 years old. We are looking for individuals who are available full-time to start September 2021.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Be able to engage pupils with their daily tasks 
  • Able to communicate effectively  
  • Ability to adhere to individual needs 
  • Flexible, reliable, and efficient 
  • Able to maintain positive relationship with pupils and staff 


  • GCSE grade C or above English and Maths or equivalent 
  • Previous experience of working with students with additional needs is desirable but not essential 
  • Good communication skills and well organized 
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues 
  • A valid Child Only DBS on the Update Service (Or willing to apply for one)
