Do you have experience of working with students with Autism (ASC) between the ages of 16 – 18?
Teaching Personnel are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with students with an ASC diagnosis across the Newcastle (NE12).
This role will be full time and will commence within the new academic year (September 2021).
The right candidate will have experience in working with students with ASC.
Due to the nature of the provision children may display challenging behaviours, therefore holding a Team Teach qualification will be desirable, yet not essential. It is also highly desirable to hold qualifications such as Moving and Handling, British Sign Language (BSL) and Makaton.
You could earn between £331.50 to £375 per week depending on experience, this can be negotiated for long term roles.
