Position: Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £1,326 - £1,600 per month

Start date: 1st November 2021

We are seeking a passionate, committed and nurturing individual who is eager to help develop the young people of today.

As a Learning Support Mentor, you will work closely with staff and students to provide high quality in-class support, and you will lead targeted interventions and support for students. The ideal candidate for this role for this role will have had 6 months of experience delivering small group and 1:1 intervention within Maths, Science or English.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Be confident in teaching and working with students of all learning abilities
  • Be able to work productively as part of a school team

We will:

  • Provide you with weekly pay
