Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and SEND/SEMH

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a long term basis.

We are looking to implement set routines and structure to positively improve their behaviour. We are looking for an experienced practitioner who can comfortably use a range of behaviour management techniques and learning aids.’

The school has recently received a GOOD Ofsted grading in a full inspection, with the behaviour of the children and leadership being mentioned as the driving force behind the high standards of attainment in school.

The role is to start as soon as possible, preferably in Ocober 2021 & will continue, five days a week until Easter 2022. The successful candidate will then be needed further after this, depending on positive feedback. In the past, the school have used the agency to shortlist, appoint and then contract on a temp to perm basis.

If you are interested in the above role, or would like any further information then please do not hesitate to contact the Preston Secondary Branch!
